Sorry for the inconvenience experience.
We decided to remove the language folder to minimize the theme file size.

We are very grateful if you willing to submit the translation file at Tasman translation project page.

Please update the Baltic theme and all recommended plugins. You will find the demo install at Appearance > Import Demo Data.
