I want to be able to put a link on the sidebar or maybe even make a new page that would open up to display a form that people can fill out with their email address, their friend’s address, and a short message telling them to come and check out my website.

Whooami, thanks but I am not advanced enough to figure that out :-). If you can give me more information on what I need to do with that text file i would appreciate it!

DesignPastor, the wp-plugins.net site refers to the download at asymptomatic’s site which does not have th file available.
