Thanks for checking into this so quickly. We were pasting all the styles into the box but the amount of styles was getting quite large and unweildly for that tiny box (we’re applying styles for hundreds of different tables). So we thought it would be easier to manage them in external style sheets and take the extra loading time hit.
Now that we know its a bug and not something silly that we’re doing we can find a work-around and load them in a different way.

Thanks. From what I can tell, the import statements are then being stripped out of the stylesheet completely. It looks like the custom styles are being combined into the core tablepress style sheet and minimized. But the import statements are not being included at all. I think they should end up at the top of the combined stylesheet but they’re not there, nor anywhere else in the combined / minimized stylesheet.
Is it possible that is happening?

Yes, they are literally empty. Even after I created a template, they were both empty.

I finally got around to testing this. I can create a DO server now from the dashboard. But setting up a product for EDD – all the drop-downs in the metabox are all empty.
I sent you an email a couple of weeks ago (nov 25th) – not sure if you got it since I didn’t hear back from you. Would love to continue the conversation.

Yes, I was testing creating an instant droplet directly on DO without going through serverpilot. In fact, the serverpilot module in my tests have been disabled.

If there’s a different one I don’t know anything about it unfortunately. Your company has effectively been unresponsive for many months despite multiple posts here, emails to various email addresses, multiple uses of the contact form and even voice messages left at the phone number shown on your site. Its hard for me to take you guys seriously at this point. The time between responses on this thread has been a minimum of 1 month! My initial post was FIVE MONTHS ago. It shouldn’t be this hard to resolve license issues.
It certainly feels as if the plugin has been abandoned and that no one should bother renewing their licenses.

I tried just a few days ago to use that form and even send a direct email to an email address I had on file. I got no response and the plugin doesn’t even allow me to validate my license and the website doesn’t allow me to view my license info either.
I’ve basically left with no choice but to remove the plugin from all sites since it can’t be used. (Honestly, if a company is going to tie the activation of the software to a license server then the server shouldn’t be down for four months.)

Hi:
Users with the role “Support Users” are able to create tickets on the front end of the site. They will only be able to view and reply to those tickets on the front end.
It sounds like you are trying to have your agents or admins respond to tickets on the front end. Anyone that is designated an agent or an admin or anyone who does not have the proper wordpress capabilities to create a ticket will not be able to enter a ticket from the front-end.
On the back-end anyone designated with the SUPPORT AGENT/MANAGER/SUPERVISOR role or an admin role should be able to reply to tickets (or manage tickets).
