Yes, it is.
But the theme should have worked either way. With or without support.The way some development companies deal with clients on themeforest is bit disturbing. The product should work and there should be detailed documentations which should be sufficient enough for anyone to use the theme without needing extended support.
I rarely find honest developers who provide open support for clients who continue using their product. There should be at least an open support forum but nope, if you find a bug and you don’t have support, you gotta pay another $49.

I’m literally working for you by submitting this because I won’t get anything out of it.I spent hours setting it up and your partner or yourself on themeforest site left very disgusting impression. The comments were passive aggressive and childish. And he is still doing it right now. Again, I’m guessing it could be the same person so, you could be doing that.
I hope you guys do better job for people who are paying additional money for the support.
No, I’m getting the refund for the theme after spending hours on setting it up due to lack of support from the theme creator of Thrive.
Therefore, I don’t know if you can really help me with anything.

Groups components were turned on as noted on the documentation related to the theme mentioned.Your username here is same as on themeforest.
