I’m having this same issue – I can’t see the Groups option when creating the tab even though I have groups in my MailChimp account and I have refreshed my lists within the plugin.
Do we need the premium version to be able to see the Groups option?

Thanks for your quick reply.
Unfotunately we have over 600 entries we’d like to import and when we copy and paste to add users manually we need to add commas for each entry.
Is there anyway I can provide you with the file I’m trying to upload to test?
