Thanks for the details. This is not possible currently, though I can see it being useful. An option to bulk add points to customers will hopefully be included in the next update soon. 👍
This appears to be an issue with your database version not supporting emojis to be saved, causing the saving of all options to break. Looking to implement a fix for this in the next update.

Yes, I am working on this for the next update. Just finishing testing etc and should be releasing it soon.
