Everything worked, the most important thing is that all plugins are compatible and I did not find any problems among them.
I didn’t turn off Woocommerce and Elementor only.
I think it was just a bug, after reactivation, something reset and everything worked.

If I use an improved layout and menu through code instead of block design, then it also doesn’t work. I want to explain to you that none of the methods brings any results. Nothing changes. The email always arrives as standard. If it’s a block letter, then it arrives unchanged, if it’s an improved letter but with my edits in the code, then it also arrives as standard, no edits give results.

2 the site displayed a 403 error, I turned to the hosting, they found in .htaccess blocking the IP of their server, they informed me that they deleted the ip of the server and the site is working, it really worked for another 10-15 minutes and then error 403 again.
Hosting was informed that it was necessary to add the server IP to the whitelist, I chose Set Advanced Mode in the plugin settings, and entered this IP there, after a while an error occurred again, and looked at it again.htaccess I found the IP of the blocked server.
Later, the same thing started on the other sites, as a result, I removed the IP blocking in .htaccess and disabled the plugin.
The plugin is very good and helps with bots, I hope this information will be useful to you.

Глобально нет, товаров много, для каждого задавать параметр необходимо, я в мануале наткнулся на этот совет, но думал что можно было бы обойти так как информация единичная.

Я сделал по вашему совету и вставил код в функтион, но результата нет, в самом плагине пересоздали фид, перехожу, а там эти строчки отсутствуют.
