Store Manager for WooCommerce is designed to work with the default functionality and may not be compatible with all plugins. Currently, the Index WP MySQL For Speed plugin is not supported by our software.

You contacted our support team, and we suggested submitting a feature request since this plugin is not supported yet. We consider new feature requests for implementation based on the number of requests from our customers, the time required to implement the feature, and the votes the request receives over time. Given that this plugin alters almost all WP/WooCommerce tables, we would need to update our entire software, including manual add, edit, mass actions, generators, import/export, all synchronizations (eBay, Amazon, QuickBooks, Icecat), PDF Catalog Сreator, and more. Additionally, we would need to test it with all supported WooCommerce versions, including the multilingual plugin WPML and multi-store functionality. Considering the complexity and the fact that other customers have not requested support for this plugin yet, it has not been implemented at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

We do offer a 14-day trial version to allow users to fully try the functionality of Store Manager for WooCommerce before purchasing, ensuring it supports all the plugins you are currently using. Our support team is available to answer any questions related to the software.

The error message you get can also appear if the wp-content folder has a custom name.

Mobile Assistant for WooCommerce is intended to work with the default WooCommerce functionality. It does support PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, however, up to version 2.13.1. Further versions were not tested by our technicians that is why we asked you what version you are using.

Again, we do have a task regarding official support of newer versions of PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, it will be considered in future. Since our app is free, we add support of plugins when such functionality gathers enough requests from users.

Our connector gets images with the help of WordPress, that is, it does not affect links to images, only takes the ready-made ones.

The image links are generated on the WordPress side using the wp_get_attachment_image_src() method.
