Got it. Disabled all the plugins and deleted some until it worked properly.
By the way, I tried, deleting and reinstalling the plugin. And also tried to remove the whole database, and re-uploaded a new csv as well.

just tried the code today, it is not working, the whole store locator is not loading. I tried editing via DreamWeaver and error is showing up upon replacement of the code.
Thanks Tiljmen for the reply. Would like to try with the code as well, so I can choose which would work or look better on the front side. 🙂
