Hi @fugglesby! There may be something specific to your setup causing this to happen. It’s possible that the block needs a bit more time to update and make your form visible.
Could you share if you created the form before installing the plugin, or after? If it was before, could you create a new form now that you have the plugin, and see if that helps? Creating a form after installing the plugin might trigger the block to refresh, and you’d be able to see all the forms. If that still doesn’t help, feel free to reach us at [email protected] – we’ll be happy to look into this further. 🙂

In reply to: [Email Marketing by EmailOctopus] add to list on checkout?Hi Colin, glad to hear things are working well for you. WooCommerce haven’t directly integrated with us, but you should be able to achieve something similar via our Zapier integration. If you’ve got any further questions about this or anything else outside of our plugin, drop us an email on [email protected] for a quick response. We’d be happy to help.

In reply to: [Email Marketing by EmailOctopus] My form only appears for logged in usersHi @d_bowyer. Our plugin adds a single (and external) script tag to the post types where you’ve selected to display a form. If you view the source of your page you’ll see something like this
<script async src="https://eocampaign1.com/form/[unique-id].js" data-form="[unique-id]"></script></body>
This is an external Javascript file so it’s surprising to hear that the Sitegrounds plugin is trying to manipulate it. But it’s difficult to know as we obviously don’t own that plugin. Happy to provide some more contexts to their devs if you want to loop me in to their support team (jon[at]emailoctopus.com).- This reply was modified 2 years ago by EmailOctopus.

In reply to: [Email Marketing by EmailOctopus] No shortcode?Hi Paras,
We have just added shortcode functionality to the latest version plugin. If you update it now you’ll be able to add a form wherever you need.
