Same issue. After updating from v3.15.x to v3.16.0 I can no longer see or edit any of the form fields in the admin backend. I can see a list of the forms, click “edit”, but then can only see the “Settings” panel.
The updates have been problematic for me lately. Previous time I updated from some older version to v3.15.x, I lost ability to view previous form submissions. I didn’t take a very close look, but I think it had something to do with how the submissions are encrypted/decrypted
