In reply to: [Make] Remove padding…Hi there,
In the Customizer, under Layout → Header, check the box to remove the padding beneath the header. 🙂
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Make] How to make thumbnails on gallery clickableHey there — the Gallery items are already clickable. Just set the link by clicking the gear icon in the corner of each image you add.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Make] MakePlus compatibility with LifterLMS?Hi Sue,
If the theme works, you shouldn’t have problems with the Plus plugin — but I confess we haven’t tested it so I can’t offer a 100% guarantee.
That said, we do have a 14-day return policy if you’re unhappy with Make Plus!

In reply to: [Make] GALLERY images only static?Hey there @grzegorz.marcholt!
I’m not sure what plugins you’re using — but Make works fantastic with most well-coded plugins — including ones for Pinterest, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc. We don’t cripple any theme functions with the free theme. The premium plugin only ads features, not unlocks them. 🙂

In reply to: [Make] How to move the menu below the header imageHi Alice,
You’ll need to recreate a partials folder and copy over those header files to do this. The one you edit depends on the header layout you’ve chosen in the Layout settings in the Customizer.
Both “Traditional” and “Centered” use
header-layout.php and “Navigation Below” uses header-layout-3.php.I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Make] Modify Header (add features)Hi there!
You’ll need to edit the header files in the
partialsfolder. The file you use depends on the header layout you’ve picked in the Customizer Layout settings. In the child theme, recreate the
partialsfolder and copy over the header files you want to alter. 🙂Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Make] Center Page TitlesHello Jess,
This isn’t a theme option. You’ll need to do it in the child theme with some custom CSS.

In reply to: [Make] Remove primary menu location, header top maringYes, because the height is based on the elements inside the header bar. 🙂

In reply to: [Make] Change Text Header Colors?Hey there,
That’s not an option in the Colors panel (rather it’s all text headers). You’ll want to make these changes via CSS in your child theme.

In reply to: [Make] Sticky menuHey there,
This isn’t a theme option yet, but you can edit the CSS in your child theme to accomplish this.
You’ll find a sample code snippet in this thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-make-a-fixed-header-with-overhanging-logo?replies=2
Hope that helps! 🙂

In reply to: [Make] Remove primary menu location, header top maringHey there! Once again, pretty site! 🙂
So for the first question, you’ll need to create an empty menu and assign it to the primary menu location. Alternately you can hide it via CSS in the child theme.
For the second question — looks like you have set the line height of the typography in the header bar to 0. This is found in the Customizer under Typography → Header Bar Text. Set it to something between 1-2 for best results probably.

In reply to: [Make] Contact form compatible with boxed layoutHey there! Thanks for the report. The site looks awesome.
Just so we can ensure we’re troubleshooting the right thing, can you remove the contact form from the page, and does that fix the layout problem?

In reply to: [Make] Image guide?Hello!
Try the demo of Make Plus on our site here (click “Try Builder” at the top): https://thethemefoundry.com/wordpress-themes/make/
You’ll be taken to a page already populated with content, but click the “Add New” button at the top of the Edit Page and then you’ll see the option to load demo content from a Quick Start Template. Those templates make image size suggestions, but they’re not hard and fast. We typically recommend you make your images as large as you can, but not so large that they bog down your page… It’s a delicate balance, I know.
