thanks anyway for your quick and caring support.No ad-blocker and what’s even more strange is that my client has also an admin account and she has the exact same problem. so nothing to do with adblock or the device I think. I’ll try on a device i’ve never used before but I don’t think it will help.

No i’m not using anything like a cache or optimizer on this website. And I did not modify anything (technically) on the website since a few month. It just “stopped working” from one day to another. I assumed it was some updates conflict so i updated everything but it’s still same. Sorry I don’t have any clue either. Last thing I did not test is to desactivate all the plugins and check one by one where is the problem, but I can’t do it in the day when people are on the website.Hello yes indeed you are right there are some errors.
