Acually, it’s only when the WordPress interface is in Chinese, I can’t receive emails. For instance, when I try the forgotten password, the email title is always in Chinese. I do receive the email when WordPress is in English but not in Chinese. I tried with different Gmail boxes, but they received only the English or French version.
I checked the spam folder but no emails.
Around 6 months ago, it worked well in all languages. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the exact date.
Is it possible you try on your side with the Chinese language and check if everything is ok?
