I think there is a missing closing </th> tag in the filter example you have provided.
<thead><tr><th '.$style.'>Guest Name</th><th <th '.$style.'>Senior</th></tr></thead>
should be:
<thead><tr><th '.$style.'>Guest Name</th><th <th '.$style.'>Senior</th></th></tr></thead>
Am I correct?
