Here’s what I did: In the dgx-donate.php file, find

function dgx_donate_get_giving_levels()

and edit the line

$builtinGivingLevels = array(...amounts listed here...)

to include your preferred giving levels. Update the file and go to the Form Options page in the plug-in. Your preferred levels should now be listed.
