If i install a wamp or easyphp on my PC do i need to have the url hosted somewhere or will it just enable me to play around with the software first?
I may want some theme customisation but not a lot so it sounds like it may be ok for me – can you make basic header, background image etc changes to the themese in the admin bar or do you need to use html to do that?
