I’ve found that information and have tried accessing ftp://thiskindchoice.com/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-41c6a-backups/backwpup_75990d_2013-11-11_03-11-32.tar.gz
for example (this is one of multiple very large files) but it won’t allow me to log in. Should my username/password be the same as that for my wp account or blog?
I realize this doesn’t relate to the plugin, I’m just very new to this and am not sure where to ask. If you could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Thanks David, this could well be the problem – some of the very large files were from BackWPUp, which I tried (and failed) to use before trying UpDraftPlus.
Where would I find them to delete them?
I tried to use pastebin, but the log exceeded the 500 kilobyte limit. Any suggestions?
