Hi

It seems that you didn’t cath the end of my message : I have an everlasting licence bought in 2024 so my support period ended a long time ago. Could you please halp me or put me in contact with your support team as I have no other way to liaise them.

Hi

As already mentioned, even if my licence is lifecycle, my support period ended 3 months ago… so impossible to open a ticket

Hi

You maybe read my post too quicikly…. My licence is lifestyle but my support period ended in May. As IT IS A REGRESSION (A BUG), I would like to find a solution as my clients are not satisfied with the current situation. I’m sure I’m not the only one inthis situation. So please, do investigate.
