The code is clear, I red the page https://meowapps.com/ai-engine/faq/ (talking about [mwai_chat icon_position=”bottom-left”]).
I have some difficolty to understand where I have to put it in order to set a new position.

Correct, sorry. Actually I only see the chatbot on the website when I am logged on wordpress. If I browse the website in incognito I don’t see the chatbot. What am I doing wrong?
