With the wide array of devices, sizes, resolutions, and orientations out there, it’s pretty much impossible to get a “perfect” responsive framework.
That being said, what “doesn’t work” when you try to have it adapt in IE? And what did you do to “adapt the menu once more to IE”?
(When I tested http://boostypress.com/ it actually was able to get narrower in IE than Firefox. Yes, the menu looked a little bit wonky, but it looked almost as wonky in Firefox…)

(Also, the reason I’m not giving the specific theme names is that I’m hoping for a generally applicable answer, since knowing my luck, they’ll want to change themes again as soon as I’ve got this one up and running)
