In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Discount Rules and Role Based PricingJust to give a complete response for other users that might also have this issue. @pavithrasivasamy confirmed via email that their Discount Rules for WooCommerce plugin and the ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing is not compatible.
Here was @pavithrasivasamy response to me:
“We are really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. After a thorough and deep check on our side, we can confirm that at the moment, our Discount Rules for WooCommerce plugin is not compatible with the ELEX WooCommerce Role-Based Pricing plugin. We have carefully reviewed all possible options, but unfortunately, we could not make them work together right now. That said, we will check with our development team on the possibilities of providing compatibility in the future. If this becomes feasible, we’ll be sure to update you.“

In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing] Discount Rules with Role Based PricingJust an update to mark this post as resolved. The Discount Rules for WooCommerce plugin support team confirmed that their plugin and the ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing is not compatible.
Here was their response:

Thank you very much for getting back to me. Ok, I only have one “Dealer Customer” role set up with a different price. Using your Discount Rules for WooCommerce plugin, I have set-up a 7.5% discount on all products (except for 3 products), please see screenshot here: https://sudamix-ring.co.za/images/Discount-Rule-Settings-Screenshot.jpg.
When logged in as a “Dealer Customer” all product prices on the website is correct and the discount is also correctly applied. When adding a product to the cart, the product price with discount is also showing correct but the subtotal in cart is not. When I am logged in as a normal WooCommerce customer all is working correctly including the discounts and the subtotal is also correct. Please see screenshot here: https://sudamix-ring.co.za/images/Normal-Customer-Cart-Screenshot.jpg
I have also reached out to the ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing plugin support team and they said the issue seems to be related to your Discount Rules for WooCommerce plugin.
Any help would be much appreciated.
