the theme is healthpress and all content of home is entered through theme options. want you to please explain the structure of xml file a little 🙁 i dont understand it.

The content of home page is coming from theme options The services blurbs, doctors, testimonials, everything inserted from theme options. can you please tell me a solution how i can translate that content ?? if the above solution works for me where do i start ?
