In reply to: [Site Reviews] 0-Star Reviews Showing High UpI’m using the Code Snippets plugin.
Now, weirdly, I think I’ve fixed it?
I was rooting round in the Settings and Tools and found the button to “Reset Meta Values”.
I did duplicate pages and wondered if that might have been the problem. It didn’t seem to work initially but then I deleted a random review and that seemed to kick things through on the backend.
I don’t know if that helps you understand how it resolved itself but it seemed to have done haha.
Thanks again 🙂

In reply to: [Site Reviews] 0-Star Reviews Showing High UpWeird. I have exactly the same code, I’m using the snippets plugin, and I created a new Query Loop block, but I’m still having the same problem.

Is there some sort of workaround where the loop can at least hide 0-star reviews?Or could I have maybe adjusted something in the Site Reviews settings that could be causing the problem?
Thanks for your help so far by the way 🙂
