Hello,
We have received your refund request in our sales department now, and also we checked your tickets. We do not have any problem with your request however:
1. You are still using the plugin and it is installed on your website. Please delete it completely.
2. You have given us a 1 star because of the bug in the plugin, and due to your refund request this rating has no meaning from now on.So please let us know after resolving the above. Then we will continue giving you your refund.

This is not a serious! and you are not at all professional to answer that it is the fault of the customer … it is YOU who develop, we who use, it is your responsibility to TESTER BEFORE proposing your plugin for sale .
I asked for a refund, but it’s a nightmare of justification, you’re not serious either, I do not recommend your plugin.
