Passwords have already been changed, there are no new accounts.
But seriously, is there not more information about this? I’ve seen the same post about Rolex on many sites, all posts are fresh.

Malware Not Detected Low Risk
Website Blacklisting Not Detected Low Risk
Injected SPAM Not Detected Low Risk
Defacements Not Detected Low Risk
I’m sure it’s a hack, but there’s no info about this, so I don’t know if this is a core’s problem or anything else
Any ideas?
Did you make the changes in php class described in the installation?
