I got it all figured out. The error is caused by Yoast SEO Premium plugin
If you deactivate it, the error disappears.
I will write to the developers of Yoast SEO Premium plugin too.Happy New Year!

If you don’t use %, everything else works.
On another build, the calculator didn’t even want to just save the default label.

Yes, it’s strange.
I put the default theme and deactivated all the plugins that were activated, except the calculator.
And nothing has changed. The plugin still hangs.
I deleted the cache, too, of course.
