Not able to disable and re-enable to test.
We had updated from 5.5.1 > 5.5.2
Performed the update via Plugins page in the WordPress dashboard
Applied this update and initially 2 sites affected, but then over 50 I manage that all got this update all had either blank page or errors telling me that something was wrong when I tried to access /wp-admin/plugins.php on the sites.
Thankfully not affecting end user experience, but had to roll all sites back to 5.5.1 to be able to continue my monthly plug in maintenance.
Definitely something in the update needs another patch.
