Kendala yang Anda hadapi sudah kami jelaskan solusinya pada website epeken.com/faq

Berikut ini kami copy paste-kan solusi dari halaman FAQ tersebut :

Silakan menuju halaman Dashboard > Plugins lalu melakukan deactivate plugin Epeken JNE, lalu melakukan activate kembali Epeken JNE, setelah itu ulangi lagi loading tarif dari menu WooCommerce > Settings. Lalu tunggu beberapa saat. Kurang dari 5 menit, loading tarif akan selesai.
Sudah melakukan langkah di atas tapi masih mengalami loading tariff yang tak kunjung selesai ? Saatnya Anda mengakses file php.ini, dan mengeset parameter max_execution_time = 3000 dan max_input_time = -1. Kemudian restart webserver Anda untuk memberikan efek perubahan yang sudah Anda lakukan. Jika Anda melakukannya di localhost, hal ini dapat dengan mudah Anda lakukan sendiri. Namun, jika hal ini Anda jumpai di server webhosting Anda, maka silakan minta support ke team webhosting Anda.
Setelah itu, lakukan deactivate-activate plugin epeken, dan coba melakukan loading tariff ulang dengan menuju ke WooCommerce > Settings.
Jika problem masih terjadi, silakan menghubungi team support kami melalui email atau webchat.

Fix is applied, please re-download, and reinstal plugin to eliminate that warning. Let me know if problem still exists.

Thank you for your comments. In epeken jne full version, or in Epeken all kurir free version at least, we have province autopopulated when Kota/Kabupaten is chosen. So the way we maintain address integrity is little bit different than what you think. After choosing Kota/Kabupaten, user will get province value autopopulated and he can not change the value after that.

We have already sent trial license of our product Epeken All Kurir as you requested before. After activating it you will experience what we mean about province auto population.

Fix is applied. Please try again to re-download the plugin, install it and let me know when you still having such problem. Before that You have to clearly deactivate and uninstall the previous one which might now still be installed at your website.
