Ok, now I see it! It’s a bit buried, and not well documented (or at least I didn’t RTFM about it) on how to send that link to people you manually add to the database.

I also discovered the “With selected – send edit link/password recovery email | Apply” feature too. Which also got me what I needed.

I’m really LOVING this thing so far. I sent you a $50 tip. You’ve truly spent a lot of time developing this thing. I know, I do a bit of development myself; but not with WordPress plug-ins.

I also bought the Email Expansion Kit add-on. Probably will get the rest of the add-ons once I convince our club to integrate it into their website. For now, it’s just on my own personal site.

Thank you for creating this. I think every club website would greatly benefit from the hard work you’ve done.

And, thanks for the excellent responses to my questions!
p.s., I can remember the days of old when I was a computer operator and used those reel-to-reel tape drives in your website photo. How things have changed!

For now I just need to be able the manually create the private link – for myself – so I can go in and try out the editing process. I added myself, but didn’t do it via the sign-up for, so never got an email. Is there a format for the link that I could just create myself?

But,then I lose all the settings for the original image(thumbnail, alt&text).

It was suspended this morning when I went to it.

That’s very sad, since Yahoo Groups are disappearing and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone to step up and give everyone the alternative we’re all looking for.

Did you decide on a different plug-in? If so, would be interested to hear which one. I’m also looking at Groups.io but that’s not integrated with WP.
