    Thanks for your reply. I am not a developer or an expert on wordpress so I have the following questions:

    1. Enabling or disabling 2FA – what does this mean? How is it done? If I have not touched it will this have happened?
    2. Mailer account access reset – how is this done? I have not touched this.
    3. Revocation of the app to profile – don’t understand what this means
    4. App OAuth permission revoked by the mailer – how can this happen and how can it be fixed?
    5. App moved from public mode to private/internal mode by the mailer (or by a user whose user domain is not in the allowed org domain zone). This has not been done
    6. App verification failure on reaudit – don’t understand what this means?
    7. Suspension of the mailer – how would this happen and why?
    8. User requested linked account unlinking – don’t understand what this means?
    9. The user adds/removes sensitive or needs review scopes to the app, but does not complete the app review process don’t understand what this means?

    would I be better deactivating the plug in and starting again? If so please can you give me detailed instructions on how to do this?
