I do see this in the logs:
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 6 in /wp-content/plugins/custom-content-by-country/views/worpit_options_helper.php on line 76

** My hunch is that it’s unrelated to the real issue though 🙂

Workaround: turned OFF html completely from the plugin’s settings page.
