The issue is with long image file names.
When we changed image file names from this: NOT0013_SongSaga_Cards_63x88mm_FA149.png
to this: Card-1

We also tried using the block instead of the shortcode in a Gutenberg page (not using WPBakery page builder)
No images show.
Idea – could any of these security measures be blocking your plugin?Idea 2 – Could it be something on CloudFlare?

Still no dice.
We also disabled all other plugins to test for a conflict.

Have turned off reCaptcha on all sites and am trialling @alfredg ‘s suggestion.NM – advanced settings. Duh.
