Hi again,

I granted you access to our staging site and I emailed you a list of steps to replicate the issue. The subject of the email matches the subject to this post. Please let me know if you didn’t get the email or the log in info including your password.

It might be easier to reply to the email I sent rather than replying here. I’m not getting notified when you post a response on this site.

Hi Joachim,

Yes, it did. The problem may have been there longer than the most recent update. I’m just not sure about that.

As for active plugins, the problem remains even after I’ve disabled all plugins except for yours (Content Aware Sidebars) and one custom plugin that runs some core site functionality. Nothing has changed in the custom one in a very long time.
