I think there is an issue in my account, I have never clicked on import button since your last support. I think it is automatically disconnecting and importing the reivews.

last review updates on 28th June, why new reviews are not getting updates on the widget?

I clicked on import button just 1 day ago, check the logs if you have.
You can see the last review downloaded on 14th June whereas there are many reviews added till yesterday. Why can we not see any review till yesterday?
If I can not import them why is it not showing me any warning or such message about the implications?
Please guide me what to do now in the simple terms?

The reviews are again not downloading automatically. I have set up the download a daily but the last update was on 14 days back. Latest reviews are not reflecting on our site.
Can you please check and help with this bug??

It keep saying that the reviews are downloading but never downloads the latest reviews. as a result of that my reviews are not automatically updated on the site.
