Same for me. If NGG is activated, I cannot access to the MediaLibrary and also the widget page is not displayed correctly.
When disabled, it works fine.
Here’s the error message for the medialibrary :
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 29622272) (tried to allocate 45 bytes) in /homepages/…/wp-includes/cache.php on line 503
I can still access the medialibrary within a page or a post via “Sending” button.
I have the same problem : when I upload images (WP 3.2.1 and NGG 1.8.2), some images do not have thumbnail. I’ve tried to download them again, to create the thumbnails by hand but nothing’s working.
Hope a fix will come soon, Alex Rabe is doing such a great job!

I’ve updated the .htaccess root file, the .htaccess in the site directory, I don’t know what to update now…
