Thank you for your support though you’re direct communication. This is now fixed and working π
Afternoon Bob,
That seems to be working perfectly after deactivating and logging in again.
Thank you for your help with all of this. Just one thing I’d like to check before signing off.
If i look at the followers through the above link then it says there are 98, yet on the front end it’ll say there are 4,000+, Which number is correct and if its the 4,00 then where are they located?
Hi Bruce,
I have checked today by selecting “View my email followers” and it is still directing me to switch over to the domain THEmorningcoffeerun.com to view them
I forgot to ask, will I need to change anything on the backend of WordPress or with Jetpack or will everything work properly once they’ve been migrated over?
Thank you so much for your help. I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know tomorrow if it has all moved over nicely π
Hi there Bruce.
Thank you for getting back to me and I hope that you had a great Christmas break.
The original site with the stats and the subscribers was http://www.THEmorningcoffeerun.com and the new domain is simply http://www.morningcoffeerun.com.
Thanks again
Eric
We’ve rolled back to a backup version of the site from the day before the issues. Although the issue that we have now is that we need to migrate the users and subscribers from the old domain to the new one. Can you help with this?

In reply to: [Block Lab] Template not showing up on the front endOk, So it looks like ACF plugin was stopping BlocLabs from working. Unfortunately, I already have a lot of my site built with that so I’ll have to find another way around the problem.
Thank you for all of your help
Eric

In reply to: [Block Lab] Template not showing up on the front endI am using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) plugin as well. It could be that which is causing the problem.
I am working until late tomorrow. When I get back I will disable the ACF plugin and try again to see if that is what is causing the problem.
I will get back to you then.
Thanks again for your help!

In reply to: [Block Lab] Template not showing up on the front endHi Ryan,
I have tried adding the latest comments block and I am getting the same thing. It has the WP code in the source file but is not outputting anything to the web page.
<!-- wp:latest-comments /-->Some of the blocks do still work such as galleries, quotes, etc.
Is there a way to fix this?
This is my first attempt to make a fully functioning WP site from scratch. Is it possible that I may have missed including something in the functions file that may be causing the blocks not to display?
