Just marking as resolved, keep up the great work.
The cache was enabled within the Top 10 settings. I just disabled the cache and then re-enabled the widgets in the sidebar and that did resolve the issue I was experiencing. After disabling the cache within the Top 10 settings it seemed like the Top 10 widget’s settings date range was now being applied to the widgets.
So with the php snippet and disabling the Top 10 cache I was able to display daily and weekly top posts within the sidebar. If you need any additional info or things for me to check just shoot me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks for the great support!
As an alternative fix I used the php snippets in the single.php. I used the daily php snippet for the daily time frame and then the overall posts snippet with a restriction in the Top 10 settings to show only posts that are at most 7 days old for the weekly timeframe.
So this fix resolved my issue but the date range in the widgets settings was still not being applied the last time I checked so it might be something you want to check to see is not a larger issue.
Great work on the plugin. 10/10!
Hello,
Oh sorry for the mix-up. Here are the screenshots of the widget settings for both of the widgets.

Weekly Widget: http://www.hitdex.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Weekly-Filter.png
Hopefully that helps. If you need any additional information please let me know and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Sorry the link I posted yesterday did not work. Here is one I am hosting on my site and is 100% working: http://www.hitdex.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Widgets-in-Left-Sidebar.jpg
which can be seen on the live site here: http://www.hitdex.com/ross-6/If you need my login credentials to take a closer look, please just let me know where to email my credentials to or you can shoot an email over to be at [email protected]
Hello WebberZone,
Here is the screenshot of the widget: file:///home/chronos/u-549ad9cdb5f608445df6f9c0d66487e17cb3364d/Downloads/Screenshot%202015-12-13%20at%201.31.39%20PM.png
Both widgets are in the left sidebar. From the view counts on the posts you can see that the views are the same due to the custom date range not being applied. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In reply to: [JW Player for WordPress] JW Player Mobile Preview ImageHey ilGhera,
Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to resolve the issue and it is great to hear that the issue doesn’t occur on the premium plugin.
I just have one other pre-purchase question before I get the premium plugin. With the ads option in the premium plugin, is it required to buy a JW player ads license to connect to an add network or can we connect to Google adsense or and other ad network just with the premium plugin?

In reply to: [Follow Us Badges] White space above facebook iconThat worked! Thanks for the quick and helpful support.

In reply to: [Follow Us Badges] White space above facebook iconThanks for the response. I followed the steps and also tried to fool around with the code in my custom css but I couldn’t get the white space to disappear. I moved the facebook button to the top so that the added white space is harder to notice, so it isn’t too big of a issue anymore. So unless there are any other fixes, you can close this out.
