Thank you so much for your help. I will tell my client to test. Maybe I should change that special characters and register products first. And then change it later when it’s completed uploading.
I figured out that my client uploaded product with additional spaces before and after of interpunct [・].
I will have to rollback the website before they started to upload products and test again and will return to this forum.
