I completely understand how upsetting it is to wait for help when something isn’t working as expected — especially after submitting multiple tickets.We’ve carefully checked our system and can see that you’ve submitted 22 tickets, and according to our platform, all of them have received responses. In addition, some replies were sent directly via email.

While checking the site, we detected that you have WooCommerce checkout enabled, but the pages are not translated. I have translated the WooCommerce pages as well.
Now the course is added to the cart correctly.
P.S. To ensure compatibility, we recommend using Polylang for WooCommerce. This part is a pro feature of the Polylang Plugin, and the WooCommerce integration requires additional add-ons. We cannot control third-party plugin add-ons on our side.

Yes, the Cost Calculator plugin can be integrated with WooCommerce, but this feature is available in the Pro version of the plugin.

Regarding the issue you encountered, it was caused by missing translations of the required LMS pages. Specifically, the “User Account” page had not been translated into Romanian.
We’ve now translated the missing page for you, and as a result, the Course Builder is functioning correctly in both languages.

The issue is not critical and do not affect overall functionality of the LMS plugin.The development team addressed the issue and replaced double slashes with a single one. The update with changes will be released in an upcoming update. The case is currently under testing by the QA team.

Can you please provide more details regarding the issue you are facing? If the Calculator is not loading on the page after the recent update, do the following:
1. Edit the Calculator;
2. Edit Formula elements and open the settings tab.
3. Turn on Legacy formula view.
4. Remove legacy formula.
5. Turn off Legacy formula view.
6. Save changes.
If you have several formula elements, apply the same settings for all. Check the calculator on the page.

What you’re experiencing is not actually a glitch — it’s a common behavior when page styles are still loading. To enhance the user experience and avoid the brief layout shift, we recommend enabling the Preloader (Loading Animation).

You can enable the Preloader in MS LMS > Settings > General or page builder options, depending on your setup.
