I’ve also been trying to make it work with no luck, I get the red error, yet, my provider says everything should work, I’ve acces to my CPanel, yet Im not quite sure what should I look for, also I’ve a few domains hosted on the same server and the contact form works on the rest of the domains except for one. The “from” field, has an e-mail that belongs to the website, so, im kind of lost.

I just figured out about the pipes “|” on the select options… if you add: “Label|Email” it’ll only display the Label to the user but I can use the name of the field containing the E-mail.
