I have (again) set up a paid ad campaign, and now it have jumped to next step. Now I actually do have a product feed. I seems like something is missing about shipping, but I will look into that.

The Marketing > Google Listings & Ads still shows the initial setup picture:

The manual “Sync all products” from the test admin page gives this response:
“Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration.”

Yes correct: I understand that the 3-5 days message remains, despite two weeks having passed already.

I cannot find anything about documenting product feed in the link you did sent, but I have the empty list of product feeds in Google Merchant Center here:
