    1) I’ve changed a entire group at one. I clicked on “My Calendar” > “- Event Groups”. In the list under the title of the event click on “Edit Group”. There I’ve increased the field “Allow sales until … hours before the event” and clicked on the button “Edit Group Event” on top of the page. After this update to the events the problem occured.

    2) I’m using version 3.1.6 of My Calender and version 1.7.13 of My Tickets on WordPress 5.1

Meanwhile I’ve setup an other WordPress envirmont as a testcase with the same versions and I don’t get this problem on this site. Only on the official website I can reproduce the problem. It seems I’ve done something wrong but I can’t see what (maybe an interference with an other plugin?).

For now, my problem is solved. Maybe with a workaround, but it’s working. People are able to buy tickets and I’m happy.

If you have some suggestions where I can look I’ll test them. If not … no worries, it’s still a very good plugin.

What I mean with ‘date and time on purchase’ is everything on the front-end and back-end after chosing the correct date and set the desired amount of tickets.

So, the event is showing up on the right date in the calendar (front-end), but when we choose an amount of tickets and go to the basket it’s showing the date and time of ordering the tickets in stead of the date and time of the show. This error continues in everything that comes afterwards: the receipt, the tickets, the automatic e-mails, the payment screen and reports in WordPress admin.

This error is just occuring after I edited (and saved) the events in bulk (- Group Events). To solve the problem (I searched for about an hour) I saved every event of the group seperatly and the problem goes away.
