Thanks for your help. FYI, I have to say that the community site/form is really kind of useless in this case. They already marked my original question there as solved, and there is no actual contact form, they just send you back to the community to ask a question.

Thank you. I did fill out the form to share my site health information. I think you’ve got it right. In WordPress I see “Your account has been approved” but in AdSense it is perpetual “Your site is getting ready…” and has been that way for many weeks.
