I think the problem is due to redis caching

Hi,

I resolved this issue in the following way:

In the file wp-live-chat-support.php at line 1265 , instead of

wp_localize_script('wplc-user-script', 'wplc_gravatar_image', $wplc_grav_image);

i put
```
if($wplc_grav_image !== "") {
        wp_localize_script('wplc-user-script', 'wplc_gravatar_image', $wplc_grav_image);
    }
```
