It has been solved. It was the browser. When using Firefox it does not work. On Edge, it works fine.
Thank you for bearing with me in this process. Have a great day!
Eric
Hey @paulamit
I will submit the support ticket.
The default XML imports fine, however, I have no idea how to get the same required XML format from my own CSV.
Your XML format is very specific and therefore it seems to only function as an optional backup methods, but not really suited for creating large documentations in an csv format to import it afterwards. If you have a tip how to convert an csv (or xlsx) to your XML format, please let me know.
I tried this tool: https://www.convertcsv.com/csv-to-xml.htm
CSV import is still broken, also on a default site with nothing implemented.
Have a great day,
EricHey @paulamit
Sure thing. When do you expect to have an update? I am very eager to start but I cannot without a working import/export function.
Hope you have a great day!Thank you again for responding so quickly. You are the best!
This is my result:

Note that I updated the PHP. In your video you showed 8.1.28 and I had .27 so, I thought I will try to use PHP 8.3. Same result.
This is the exact csv that I try:

Let me know if I am missing something crucial. If you need temp admin access, please let me know so I can make a backup.
Have a great day!
Ericthank you for your swift response.
I am not allowed to upload files here, but it is the default example file from Betterdocs > Settings> import/export > right click save the example csv file
Let me know if that’s sufficient.
kind regards,
Eric
FYI:
PHP/8.1.27

Hey!
It is a default setting in WooPayments.
https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/currencies/multi-currency-setup/
It is automatically set.
The problem only arises with AUD to USD on bundles.
I am quite sure it is in the bundle plugin, not the other way around.I can see that you are using LearnPress to integrated videos from VideoPress. I’m not familiar with how LearnPress works, but do you think it’s possible adding videos using the VideoPress block instead of shortcake?
It is not persee LP specific. Just shortcake. I would like to use that in general.Awsome. I am loving this link. Thank you. However, it only seems to be applicable for VideoPress Blocks which I am not able to use.
Is there any way I can customly add it via code or something simular? E.g. parameters in the shortcode. It seems like all options are locked into the videopress block…It’s interesting to hear that site members are unable to see videos if you set the videos to be visible to site members only. Can you please let us know what do they see when trying to view a video? Do they see any message or warning?
Yes, it shows that the video is private even though I am logged-in.Hey!
Apologies, I missed the notification of an answer.
Sure thing. These are the images:

The doc does not describe the missing options such as global ones to manage the videos. E.g. how to disable share button? How to define colors? How to set High def by default for all videos? How to set autoplay on page load for all videos? etc etc. I seem to not be able to find any info about this on the forums and in the settings.
Besides this, when setting a video to members of this site only, members are still not able to see the video. So I am forced to make it all public.
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Eric
