I think version 1.9.1 is still stable than the beta version since the latest version still a lot of bugs.
just tried to hide taxonomy term for specific user but it doesn’t work, in version 1.9.1 it works and it become frustrating to hide the admin menu for each user if you have hundred users
I think the best solution for now is downgrade to version 1
I have the same problem with neliocastro, I checked restrict all for specific role not specific user but the admin menu still appear with all functionality such as post list and create new post
I use latest version Beta 3
