After I updated the plugin, it was automatically deactivated. I had to go in and re-activate the plugin. Might fix your issue?
However – beware – after re-activating the plugin my reviews have all duplicated multiple times within the list and I have to manually delete them.

Under 900px the ShiftNav menu is active, and there is an inactive (grayed out) scrollbar that shows in the ShiftNav menu.
This shows in all browsers I have tested, but not on my iPhone.
