Update… I removed the plugin and installed 3.9.4 and the issue completely disappeared. With 3.9.4 the icons appear in the correct place in the list plugin on multiple pages in Elementor. Newer versions they do not.
This is still an issue with the latest version. For me the issue started with 4.0.2. With that version of I regenerated the assets the issue was fixed and did not reappear. Upon updating from 4.0.2 to 4.0.4 the issue keeps reappearing when opening different pages in Elementor. For example, I open Page 1 and the icons are in the wrong place. I regenerate assets and this issue is fixed. Then I go to Page 2 in Elementor and the icons are in the wrong place on another list. I regenerate assets again and the issue is fixed on Page 2. But if I then go back to Page 1, the icons are again in the wrong place on Page 1. This was not happening for me prior to 4.0.2, though I think I updated from 3.9.4 to 4.0.2, so I don’t know if it exists with 4.0.0 or 4.0.1.
The regenerate assets function that Abid detailed did the trick. Thank you.
