    You are right !!!

    Now is working.

Perhaps you should provide a little more documentation, because the options seem similar, but it works now.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I truly appreciate the effort you’ve put in, and even the fact that you updated the plugin. But honestly, the problem remains the same.

The JetForm form doesn’t send emails unless I check the “force from address” box. I believe that’s the main issue.

And then, if I do check that box, the messages I receive from the form lose the sender’s name along the way.

Thanks to everyone for the effort.
(If you’d like, and you give me an email address, I can send you WordPress credentials so you can check the issue yourself.)

Yes, the JETFORM form is simple:

Sender name, sender address, subject, and message.

For some strange reason, if the “force from address” checkbox is unchecked, the form doesn’t work.

And if the checkbox is checked, the sender address, subject, and message fields are sent correctly to the destination, but the SENDER NAME change is overwritten, so we never know the name of the person who filled out the form.

I’ve tried making changes to the names of the fields in Jetform, but it’s always the same result.

You said 8 months ago that this was going to be updated for the next versions, and it still doesn’t work..

The created states DO NOT appear in the cover widget, and they do not appear in the WOOCOMMERCE>REPORTS section either.

    Hi,
The plugin has been updated but they still have the same problems.

The states do NOT appear on the cover, nor do they appear in the wc-reports.

Other plugins like “WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager” do this correctly.

I am talking about the other two sections, and the custom states do not appear there:

1º In the summary when entering wordpress they call “woocoomerce status” on the desktop.
2º The Woocoomerce > Reports section does not work either.

You can see the last screenshots.

Finally, I think it is not compatible with WP ROCKET. That’s the problem.

Thanks for the response, but the Analytics section is slower and more complex.

I am talking about the other two sections, and the custom states do not appear there:

1º In the summary when entering wordpress they call “woocoomerce status” on the desktop.

2º The Woocoomerce > Reports section does not work either.

    Surely both issues are related.

Orders with custom status do not appear in either the “woocommerce reports” or the “woocommerce status” on the home page.

They are two very useful questions.

I only can see the standard status, not the custom status.

    Sin-t-tulo

and the reports only shows the standard status.
